Roster At A Glance

This year's squad brings back nine players, including three starters, and sees the addition of seven newcomers to the roster.

Jasin Sinani leads the group of newcomers as CU's top returning scorer (10.4) rebounder (4.2) and assister (2.3). Elijah Walsh and Gediminas Mokseckas both return after making 25 and 24 starts last season, respectively. Omar Harris, Colby Duggan, and Tasos Cook are all back after seeing significant court time a year ago.

The newcomers feature a six-man transfer class and one freshman. Among the transfers, three bring Power 4 experience (Bragi Gudmundsson (Penn State), Terren Frank (TCU/Vanderbilt), and Eric Van Der Heijden (Ole Miss)). Cam Gregory, a Saint Francis transfer, led his squad in scoring last year with over 13 points per game. Caleb Zurliene, a McKendree (DII) product, finished fifth in NCAA DII last season in blocked shots with 2.71 per game to be named his league's defensive player of the year.

Scouting the Falcons
Pfeiffer went 10-15 a year ago. The Falcons bring back each of last year's top statistical leaders: Daymon Beckwith (12.9 ppg), Doug Smith (7.4 rpg), and Clayton Robinson (2.3).

The Falcons shot 44% from the floor last year and 35% from distance.

The team, led by seventh-year head coach Pete Shoch, reached the USA South tournament semifinals last season.

Series History
Campbell and Pfeiffer were familiar foes during Campbell's junior college days, with 36 meetings all-time between the sides. The teams have met just three times since Campbell moved to Division I, with CU going 3-0 in those meetings.

The Camels and Falcons met for the first time in 24 years last season, an 88-59 win for the Camels in Gore Arena on Dec. 12. Campbell's balanced offense had five double-figure scorers in the win.

Sinani all-CAA
Jasin Sinani was tabbed preseason all-CAA honorable mention ahead of his senior season. The Oak Creek, Wis. native averaged 10.4 points per game last year, and saw that number tick up to 12.9 in CAA play.

The senior leads all returners in points, rebounds, and assists from last season. He was among Campbell's best shooters last season, knocking down 46 three-pointers at a 37% clip, and shot 87% at the foul line, one of the best marks in the CAA.

Sinani piled up four 20+ point outings, and scored a career-high 27 in a double-OT win over UNCW.

2023-24 Season Rewind
The Camels posted a 14-18, 8-10 record in the program's inaugural CAA season. The conference slate was a constant back-and-forth for the Camels, splitting all but one weekend of the CAA schedule.

Anthony Dell'Orso was tabbed second-team all-CAA after leading the Camels in points and rebounds.

Campbell earned a couple of marquee home wins, beating Hofstra in the CAA home opener, and topping Elon and UNCW in national TV games on the CBS Sports Network.
