Camels face Penn State Tuesday night

State College, Pa. - The Camels are set for their fourth power conference road test of the season with a Tuesday night clash at Penn State. Campbell (3-4) will look for its first road win of the season.

Series History
The Camels and Nittany Lions met in the 2017-18 season opener, a close 11-point loss for CU that saw the Camels trailing by just five with less than a minute to go before the 86-75 final. Chris Clemons scored a then arena record 33 points in the contest.

Campbell is 0-1 against Big Ten foes this season, having dropped the opener at Wisconsin.

Scouting Penn State
Penn State enters at 7-1 following Saturday's win over Sacred Heart. The lone loss on the resume came to Providence on a neutral court, 77-65. 

Kayden Mingo leads five players averaging between 14.4 and 9.8 points in a balanced offensive effort. 

The Nittany Lions take care of the ball, leading the country with just 7.1 turnovers per game and ranking fifth with a 2.04 assist/turnover ratio.

Last Time Out
Campbell suffered a 99-51 setback last Tuesday at Wake Forest. Chris Fields Jr. led the Camels with 12 points and 9 rebounds. The Camels struggled to shoot the ball, shooting 27% from the floor and 15% from three in the contest.

Campbell returns home a pair of home games starting Dec. 7 against Virginia Lynchburg. Tip-off is set for 7 pm in Buies Creek with that game streaming on FloCollege.
