CONWAY, S.C. - Coastal Carolina defeated Campbell 5-2 in men's tennis action Friday afternoon at the Stevens Tennis Complex. 

In doubles action Rivers Cahill and Juan Cruz Collardin picked up a 6-2 win over Campbell's Alex Fragasso and Luke Tollenaar. The Chanticleers secured the doubles point as Iannis Fernandes and Christopher Norlin earned a 6-1 win over Thomas Drapeau and Matias Lofink. 

Tollenaar picked up one of two points on the day for the Camels in singles action, earning a 3-6, 6-0, 7-5 win over Coastal's Jack Dixon. Fragasso added another victory for CU, earning a 4-6, 7-5, 1-0 (10-5) victory over Fernandes.

The Chants swept the other singles matches. Collardin earned a 6-1, 6-2 win over Drapeau, while Norlin picked up a 6-2, 6-7, 1-0 (10-7) victory over Campbell's Aleksandar Hudjec. Gonzalez Balmaceda defeated Dagan, 6-3, 4-0 while Eric Tripathi earned a 6-1, 6-4 victory over Lofink.

Campbell stays on the road as it heads to Charleston Saturday at 2 PM.
