BUIES CREEK — Campbell track & field is set for its final tuneup before CAA Championships as it travels to the Darius Dixon Memorial Invite this weekend at Liberty Indoor Track Complex. The Camels will compete over two days.
The meet will air on ESPN+, with broadcast windows spanning from 5:30-9 p.m. Friday and Noon-4 p.m. Saturday.

Campbell set several personal best at the Camel City Distance Invite last weekend highlighted by
Mario Cantarero who took 15th in the men's 800m with the sixth fastest time in program history (1:54.61).
Emily Pierce finished eighth in the women's 1500m with a time of 4:39.06 for the 35th best time in the NCAA.
Emelyn Lacour and
Jenna VanRyn posted a personal best times of 5:08.62 and 5:16.22, respectively, in the women's 1 mile run.
Delaney Horton led the Camels in the women's 3000m posting a time of 10:10.58 to finish fourth. Additionally,
Mary Ella Bichey,
Sophie Cowart, and
Kylie White each set new personal bests in the event.
Andrew Barrett and
Craig Costa posted new personal best in the men's 1 mile run clocking in at 4:20.91 and 4:31.23, respectively.
Jake Stanley set a new personal best in the 3000m with a time of 9:23.01.
