Sunday Promotion: The Camels are celebrating Alumni Day. All alumni in attendance will be honored at halftime. During the break between the first and second quarters CU will recognize Mary Weiss, who was enshrined in the Campbell Athletics Hall of Fame last month.

Last Time Out: Campbell dropped its first home game of the season on Tuesday, falling 49-61 to league-leading College of Charleston.
Olivia Tucker led the team in scoring (17) for the third straight game.

Road Warriors: The first half of Campbell's CAA slate featured six out of nine games on the road. Beginning against Charleston, CU plays six of its final nine games at home.

Scouting the Opponents: N.C. A&T hosts Elon on Friday night before coming to Buies Creek. The Aggies defeated Hampton on Sunday, 62-57, ending a three-game losing streak. Anaya Karriem and Elliot Jessup have played in every game this season. Chaniya Clark leads the team, averaging 12.3 points on 44.7% shooting and 7.4 rebounds. The team was picked third in the CAA Preseason Poll, one spot ahead of Campbell.

Series History: The Camels hold a 23-13 advantage in the overall series. The teams have alternated winning the last five matchups, and A&T has won the last two contests in Gore Arena.

One of the best in the country: Jasmine Nivar has won the CAA Rookie of the Week award five times. She is one of four players in the NCAA to win their conference's freshman of the week award five or more times (Aaliyah Chavez, Oklahoma; Blanca Quiñonez UCONN; Uche Izoje, Syracuse).

The chase for 1K: Gianni Boone eclipsed the 1,000-point mark for her career, doing so against Monmouth. She is the 22nd player in program history to accomplish the feat and the first since Luana Serranho in 2022.

Second Quarter Defense: CU is allowing 12.3 points in second quarters, including lows of 0 to Virginia-Lynchburg, 2 to Grambling State, and 4 to both Western Carolina and Carolina University. 10 of 23 opponents have scored 13+ points against the Camels in the second frame.

Gianni Boone was named to the preseason All-CAA First Team. The Camels, who finished last year as the CAA runner-up, were picked to finish fourth in the preseason coaches' poll.

Ronny Fisher enters his 10
th season at the helm in Buies Creek. He has amassed a 188-112 record and has twice led Campbell to a program record 23 wins in a season.
