- Campbell dropped a midweek thriller to sixth-ranked North Carolina in 14 innings on Tuesday night in Chapel Hill.
- The Camels got out to an early lead 3-1 before North Carolina tied things up 4-4 in the eighth. The Tar Heels would walk it off in the 14th on a bases loaded RBI single.
- The pitching staff combined to strikeout 18 for a new season high.
- Trent Rumley went 3-for-6 including an RBI bases loaded walk.

CAA Player of the Week
- Rumley made his first start since returning from injury in Campbell's sweep over College of Charleston. He went 5-for-8 (.625) at the plate with including four extra-base hits (three doubles, homer), five RBI, and four runs scored. He went 3-for-3 including a three-run home run, two runs scored, and sac fly in game one against Charleston. He doubled and drove in two in Saturday's 6-3 win and added another double in a 3-2 triumph on Sunday. Rumley also walked four times for a .714 on base percentage.
CAA Rookie of the Week
- Lugo batted .400 (6-15) with a pair of doubles, four runs scored and three RBI's in Campbell's 4-0 week. The freshman went 2-for-4 and scored twice as the Camels knocked off #14 NC State. He extended his hitting streak to 13 with hits in each game of the sweep of Charleston, including a 2-for-5 outing with two RBI's on Saturday. Lugo also walked six times for a .571 on base percentage. The weekly honor is the freshman's second of the season as he was tabbed CAA Rookie of the Week on March 16.

- Redshirt senior Jonah Oster hit for the cycle in Sunday's matchup at Towson. Oster opened with a home run in the third inning before registering a single in the fourth, double in the sixth, and completed history with a triple in the eighth.
- Oster becomes the first player to hit for the cycle since Dan Krause on Feb. 13, 1999 against Marshall.
TRIPLE THREAT
- Joey Morton, Jonah Oster, and Jett Music have combined to hit 19 of the Camels 35 home runs.
- Morton leads the CAA with seven home runs while Oster and Music are right behind with six.
RUN-RULE FASHION
- Campbell currently has five run-rule victories over the last 12 games and outscored its opponents 111-39 in that frame.
- The Camels have only been run-ruled once this season 13-3 (7) at Troy on Feb. 20.
