As a selected member of the NCAA Life Skills Program, the
Department of Athletics has the resources to provide quality
educational experiences and services to help student-athletes
develop a well-balanced lifestyle. The program fosters total
student-athlete growth by offering seminars, team workshops,
resource materials, and more. In order to assist in meeting the
demands associated with being a student and an athlete, Life Skills
promotes development in the following areas: academics, athletics,
personal development, community service, and career development.
All student-athletes are required to attend one approved Life
Skills Seminar per semester.
