  • Why did you decide to play basketball? When I was seven, I was looking through my mom's college annual and I found a picture of her playing. I asked her if I could play and she signed me up for rec ball the next day and I have been playing ever since.
  • Who was your biggest influence growing up? Why? My parents, they have always been there for me and are my biggest fans in everything I do. They taught me to appreciate the little things in life and push me daily to be a better person.
  • Did you play other sports growing up? If so, what sports? I played softball until high school and then I played volleyball. I also ran cross country, threw shot put and discus on the high school track and field team.
  • Which basketball player did you admire growing up? Why? Diana Taurasi, I remember watching her at UConn and thinking I wanted to grow up to be just like her.
  • What is your favorite professional basketball team? I don't really watch a lot of professional basketball but I do like the Atlanta Dream.
  • What is your favorite memory you experienced as a spectator/fan at a basketball game? Watching a men's game in Allen Fieldhouse was a really cool experience. There is so much history in that gym, it was unreal.
  • What is your favorite memory during your playing career? The Coastal Carolina game my sophomore year, it was kind of my breakout game in college.
  • If you could play with one professional player (former or current), who would it be? Why? Diana Taurasi
  • Which professional athlete would you like to meet the most? Michael Jordan
  • You are picking a team for a 3v3 game, who would be on your team? Michael Jordan and Diana Taurasi
  • What is something you do when you are not playing basketball? I like to read and be outside, especially the beach.
  • What is something your teammates may not know about you? I love to watch the sun rise and set. I often chase the sun to see the colors that form in the sky.
  • What is the best piece of advice you have received during your playing career? Keep It Simple, my middle school coach told me this because I overthink things and he still tells me this sometimes.
