Kevin McGeehan announced Wednesday.
Carter joins the Fighting Camel program from Langston Hughes High School in Fairburn, Ga., where he has been a member of two state championship teams.
"PJ is a very good player, said McGeehan, the 2019 Big South Coach of the Year. "He has a knack for scoring and facilitating for others in many ways and has great length which should be a great quality for us and our defensive schemes.
