BUIES CREEK, N.C. – A familiar name to the Campbell wrestling program, Jared Hopkins will come to Buies Creek in 2021 after signing his NLI in November.

Hopkins, the younger brother of current Camels Caleb and Levi Hopkins, was a 2019 Alaska state champion and a three-time state finalist. The Palmer, Alaska native projects at 149 or 157 pounds.

Head coach Scotti Sentes on Hopkins:
"The Hopkins family has done nothing but impress. His older brothers, Caleb and Levi, are guys who know how to work and are not afraid to put in the time to make big jumps. I expect Jared to come in and do everything he can to outwork and outperform his brothers. I also know Caleb and Levi are not going to let that happen so I am excited to see what levels they can all reach when they are all together competing to outwork each other in the same room."
