BUIES CREEK, N.C. – Campbell wrestling travels to Davidson, N.C., for its final regular-season and SoCon dual of the 2026 season against the Davidson Wildcats. The Camels and Wildcats will meet at Baker Sports Complex on Friday, Feb. 20, at 7 p.m.
SCOUTING DAVIDSON
Davidson enters the matchup with a 5-13 overall record and a 3-4 mark in SoCon duals. The Wildcats' conference wins have come against VMI, Presbyterian and Gardner-Webb. Davidson is coming off a 20-14 loss to The Citadel, which is part of a three-way tie for first place in the conference.
Earlier this season, the Wildcats matched a program record for SoCon victories in a season with their third league win. Davidson is led by fourth-year head coach Nate Carr Jr.
SERIES HISTORY
Campbell leads the all-time series 14-4 and has won the last 10 meetings. The teams last met in 2025, when the Camels earned a 47-0 shutout victory in Buies Creek. Davidson is 3-5 all-time at home in the series. The Wildcats' last win came in 2015 in Davidson.

LAST TIME OUT
The Campbell wrestling team dropped a SoCon road dual to the VMI Keydets, 32-16, on Friday night at Cormack Hall.
The dual began at 149 pounds, with VMI jumping out to an early advantage by winning the first four bouts. Campbell got on the board at 184 pounds as redshirt junior
Brant Cracraft earned a 10-7 decision.
The Camels built momentum in the upper weights, as redshirt senior
Conor Maslanek followed with a technical fall in 3:27 at 197 pounds. Redshirt freshman Sawyer VanRider added another win for Campbell at heavyweight, posting a 7-3 decision.

Logan Heil secured Campbell's fourth victory of the night at 133 pounds, recording a technical fall in 5:56.
PRESEASON TALK
Campbell was picked to finish sixth in the Southern Conference preseason poll, as voted on by the league's head coaches.
The Camels enter their first season under head coach
TJ Dudley, a three-time All-American who was promoted after serving as a Campbell assistant. Dudley takes over a program that went 7-1 in SoCon duals last season, earning wins over Gardner-Webb, Chattanooga, Davidson, Bellarmine, Presbyterian, VMI and Appalachian State.
