RALEIGH, N.C. – In a field that includes five top-50 ranked teams, Campbell was seventh in the team standings when darkness halted play in the second round of the Stitch Intercollegiate at Lonnie Poole Golf Course.
The second round will conclude Saturday at 8:00 a.m., followed by the final round on the par-72, 7282-yard Lonnie Poole layout.
With at least 30 of 36 holes completed, No. 46 Duke leads the field at seven-under, four strokes ahead of No. 14 Notre Dame and No. 39 NC State. No. 49 Georgia Southern is fourth (-2), followed by UNCG (+4), No. 30 ETSU (+7) and Campbell (+10) in the 13-team field.
