BUIES CREEK, N.C. - Head coach Emily Carosone has announced the 2025 Campbell softball schedule. Winner of the 2024 CAA regular season title, the Camels enter their second season as a CAA member with nine CAA series, 22 total non-conference games and 31 total home contests at Amanda Littlejohn Stadium.
Coach Carosone stated, "I am eager to see our team's hard work pay off in the spring. They have been pushing themselves to continue to grow their championship mindset. We have a competitive schedule ahead of us and we are ready to hit the ground running."
The Camels open the season February 7-9 at home hosting the Camel Stampede, where they will face UMASS, Kent State and Eastern Tennessee State. February 14-16 the Camels are hosting the Camel Invitational where they will face Lafayette, UMASS Lowell, Eastern Kentucky and Bryant.
The following weekend, Campbell will travel to Georgia Southern for the GATA Challenge February 21-23.
Campbell has a midweek doubleheader on February 26 at NC State, before hosting NC Central on February 28 and a doubleheader on March 1.
Other non-conference matchups include a Queens doubleheader (Mar. 18) on the road, Radford (Apr. 1) at home, Coastal Caroline (Apr. 8) at home, ECU (Apr. 15) on the road and Duke (Apr. 23) at home.
During CAA play the Camels host UNC Wilmington (Mar. 7-9), Hofstra (Mar. 28-30), Hampton (Apr. 11-13), Drexel (Apr. 18-19) and Elon (May 1-3), to close the regular season. Road CAA series include North Carolina A&T (Mar. 14-16), Towson (Mar. 21-23), Monmouth (Apr. 4-6) and College of Charleston (Apr. 25-27).
The CAA tournament is set for May 8-11 at Amanda Littlejohn Stadium. In 2024, Campbell finished with a 37-21-1 (22-5 CAA) record and won the CAA regular season title.
