BUIES CREEK, N.C. – The Campbell Camels welcome in-state rival #11 ECU to Jim Perry Stadium for a Tuesday night showdown. The Camels are looking for their fourth consecutive win over a ranked Pirates squad.
The game has been sold out, with limited standing room tickets available from the Campbell Athletics Ticket Office. The matchup will be streamed on FloSports.

Campbell took the series win over #17 UC Santa Barbara with a 7-3 victory on Sunday. Freshman Cooper Clark earned the win, which also garnered him CAA Freshman of the Week honors.

This is the 84th meeting between the Camels and the Pirates. ECU holds a 56-27 advantage in the series, but the Camels have won the last three match-ups, each by one run.
Know Your Opponent
Cliff Godwin leads the #11 Pirates in his 10th season. He has recorded over 350 wins. ECU lost to Tulane in the 2023 AAC title game but was an at-large selection for the Charlottesville Regional. There, they had two wins against Oklahoma by a combined scoreline of 22-10 before ultimately losing to No. 7 Virginia.
Junior RHP Trey Yesavage was selected to the Golden Spikes preseason watch list. The team was selected in the conference preseason poll to finish first in the AAC. They have now been selected as the preseason favorite in their conference for six-straight seasons. They are winners of the last four conference regular season crowns.

The Camels have recorded 100+ doubles, home runs, stolen bases and HBPs in each of the past two seasons. They were the only team to accomplish this feat in either year.
