CENTURY MARK
- A trio of right-handed pitchers including David Rossow, Zach Sabers, and Mason Smith eclipsed the 100 career strikeout mark this season.
- Rossow picked up his 100th career strikeout at William & Mary on Friday while Sabers picked his up at sixth-ranked North Carolina and Smith secured his against UNCW.
DAVE'S DEALING
- Right-handed pitcher David Rossow took home CAA Co-Pitcher of the Week honors as the league announced on Monday afternoon.
- Rossow picked up his CAA-best seventh win (7-1) of the season in Saturday's 7-3 win over UNCW.
- He fired a career-long 8.0 innings, allowing one run on four hits and tallied 11 strikeouts. The 11 strikeouts marked the second most of the season for the redshirt senior.
- The right-hander didn't allow a runner past second base through six frames before giving up a solo homer in the 7th. He struck out at least one batter in seven of eight innings.
- Rossow did not allow a walk in the contest and held opponents to a .148 average after retiring 22 of the 27 batters faced.
CAROLINA ON MY MIND
- Of the 55 games on the schedule, Campbell will stay in the state of North Carolina for 42 of those games.
- The Camels will compete against 11 of the 17 Division I opponents from North Carolina.
