BUIES CREEK, N.C. - Campbell will be back at Amanda Littlejohn Stadium this weekend to host Hampton for the third-to-last CAA series at home. 

SERIES HISTORY
The Camels lead the series 17-2, with their last series meeting being April 5-7, and the Camels won all three games.

CAMEL PREVIEW
Campbell won the series this past weekend at Monmouth, winning all three games and the first two ended due to the run rule. Campbell also topped Coastal Carolina 1-0 this past Tuesday night. It was the first time the Camels beat the Chanticleers in five years. 

Tyra Parker leads the Camels at the plate with a .424 batting average, compiling 53 hits including one home run (in-the-park), one triple, four doubles, 41 runs and 18 RBIs. There are four other Camels batting over .300 including Parker, Madison Ford (.360), Hannah Cornetto (.346), Alyssa Armijo (.328) and Charlie Montgomery (.310).

Megan Gregory leads the team in the circle with a 1.77 ERA and a 8-3 record. She has pitched 91.0 innings, allowing 23 earned runs and striking out 76. 

SCOUTING HAMPTON
Hampton is now 12-22 on the season after going 1-3 this past weekend at Towson. 

The Pirates are coming off a 17-35 2024 season finishing 7-20 in the CAA. Junior Carmynn Bonner is leading the Pirates offense, batting .411 with 46 hits including 10 doubles, six triples, two home runs, 19 RBIs, and 24 runs.

Senior Jada Evans leads the Pirates in the circle with a 3.75 ERA over 57.2 innings pitched, allowing 68 hits, 24 earned runs and 43 strikeouts.
