Why did you decide to compete in track & field: In track & field, if I don't run the time I want, I can't blame anyone but myself. I don't like constantly depending on other people in team sports.
Who was your greatest influence growing up: My mom. She had a lot of challenges in life and always put her two children first.
Other sports played: Soccer and cheerleading
Favorite professional track & field athlete: Tori Bowie
Favorite track & field event to watch: Steeplechase
What is your favorite memory during your track & field career: Traveling during AAU meets with friends and visiting places I've never seen before
What professional track & field athlete would you like to compete with: Candace Hill. She's younger than me and is already pro. That is an inspiration for me to push harder and compete with her.
Which professional athlete would you most like to meet: I would love to meet Tori Bowie. I love who she is as a person outside of track & field.
What do you like to do in your free time: Watching movies and cooking
What is something that your teammates may not know about you: In middle school, I was a distance runner. All my friends were sprinters so I told my coach I wanted to sprint too so I could be around them.
