Jere Heino heads back to the World Wrestling Championships, held in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan.
The event began on September 14, running through September 22. Heino is again wrestling for his native Finland, heading to the World Championships for the third consecutive year.
The 2018 European Championships bronze medalist will open the tournament against Kosovo's Egzon Shala at roughly 1:00 a.m. (ET) on Friday, September 20. View the

Heino step back on the mat for the Camels this season after redshirting in 2018-19. The redshirt senior, ranked No. 8 at 285 by WIN Magazine's 2019-20 Preseason Individual Rankings, is a two-time NCAA qualifier, taking a top-12 finish in the 2018 tournament.
