Recognizing Campbell’s six wrestling seniors

BUIES CREEK, N.C. – With limited fans allowed in attendance at Saturday's duals at VMI, Campbell will be recognizing its seniors, including Benjamin Barton, Josh Heil, Austin Kraisser, Andrew Morgan, Bobby Pryhocki and Diavantae' Reddick.

Part of the winningest class in program history, the 2020-21 seniors have been a part of three SoCon tournament championship teams (2017, 2019, 2020), as well as back to back conference dual titles (2019, 2020).

Last season was the Camels' best on the mat to date, finishing the regular season at 11-2 overall and a perfect 7-0 in SoCon duals, winning its final nine matchups, including all seven conference bouts. Campbell was also ranked as high as No. 12 in the country (InterMat) in the national polls.

Benjamin Barton
The 2019 SoCon Champion and NCAA participant at 157 pounds, Barton went 3-2 in 2019-20 in an injury-shortened season, going 2-2 at the Southern Scuffle. Barton was 8-5 overall in 2018-19, including a 4-1 mark in SoCon duals. The Louisville, Ky. native was named SoCon Wrestler of the Week to open the 2020-21 season, going 2-0 at Virginia Tech, and is a Preseason All-SoCon pick at 157, ranking as high as No. 26 in the national polls.

Josh Heil
A NWCA First Team All-American, Heil became Campbell's first three-time SoCon Champion, also qualifying for the NCAA Championships for a third time in 2020. He fashioned a 29-4 record as a redshirt junior in 2019-20, earning a No. 8 seed in the 2020 NCAA Championships.

The Brunswick, Ohio native owns an unblemished career record in SoCon matchups, going 17-0 in duals across two weight classes. Heil is a three-time All-SoCon performer, also making the Southern Scuffle finals in 2017-18, the first Camel ever to make the tournament's championship round.

Austin Kraisser
Also named Preseason All-SoCon at 165 pounds, Kraisser has made the conference tournament podium three times in two different weight classes in his career, including a runner-up finish at 174 pounds last season. Kraisser was 26-9 overall in 2019-20 with a 6-2 dual mark and a 5-2 SoCon ledger. He also earned the 2020 SoCon Pinnacle Award, given to the student-athlete with the highest GPA on the championship winning team. He was also the 2016-17 SoCon Freshman of the Year.

Andrew Morgan
Ranked as high as No. 7 in the nation at 184 pounds this season, Morgan was another NWCA First Team All-American in 2019-20, earning a No. 8 seed for the NCAA Championships, his second straight NCAA berth. Morgan claimed the 2020 SoCon title at 184 pounds, the first of his career, and was one of five Camels named All-SoCon, going 30-5 overall record with an 11-1 dual mark, while going an unblemished 6-0 in SoCon bouts. The Fountain Valley, Calif. native is a two-time NWCA Scholar All-American and three-time SoCon Championships finalist since transferring from Cal Poly.

Bobby Pryhocki
Pryhocki, a Lake Villa, Ill. native, is a three-time SoCon Academic Honor Roll performer, seeing time at 149 and 157 pounds in his Campbell career. The former Illinois state qualifier competed at the Southeast Open, Midlands Championships and Franklin & Marshall Open last season.

Diavantae' Reddick
Reddick has been named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll twice in his career, earning a SoCon dual win at 149 pounds last season, also competing in the Southeast Open, Navy Classic and Franklin & Marshall Open. Before missing the 2018-19 season due to injury, the former North Carolina state finalist and Chapel Hill, N.C. native saw time unattached as a freshman, picking up wins at the Wolfpack Open and the Wilkes Open.
