BUIES CREEK, N.C. – Campbell will be well represented this weekend at the 2022 U23 and U20 World Team Trials, with 14 current Camels heading to the tournament in Geneva, Ohio.

The tournament is set for June 3-5 at the Spire Institute.

Campbell will send 2022 NCAA qualifiers Taye Ghadiali (285), Shannon Hanna (141) and Domenic Zaccone (133), as well as former Southern Conference All-Freshman honorees Gabriel Hixenbaugh, Cole Rees and Justin Rivera.

The champion in each U20 and U23 weight class qualifies to represent the United States at the 2022 UWW World Championships. Additionally, top eight place winners in the U20 division qualify for the Junior and 16U National Championships held in Fargo, N.D. on July 15-22, 2022.
