Men's 4x100m relay team earns honorable mention All-America honors

AUSTIN, TEXAS - Campbell and its 4x100m relay team set a school record and earned honorable mention All-America honors at the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships from Mike A. Myers Track Stadium.

Dominique Alexander, Andre Bent, Jamal Miller and Jamel Miller became honorable mention All-Americans and set a school record time of 39.05. Additionally, the time ranks as the third-fastest in Big South history.

The first relay team to advance to the NCAA Championships in program history, the Camels finished 17th overall in the event semifinals, missing out as one of the nine teams to qualify for the finals of the event.

Campbell returns tomorrow as Dorcus Ewoi (800m) and Chastity Pickett (400m hurdles) look to advance to event finals.
