Dupree advances to quarterfinals

JACKSONVILLE, FLA. - Mekhi Dupree clocked a 20.86 in the men's 200m to advance through to the quarterfinals at the NCAA East Regional in Jacksonville.

A rainy day in the Sunshine State pushed all events deep into the night, with the men's 200m getting underway at roughly 12:30am.

Dupree punched his ticket to the quarterfinals by finishing second in his heat to secure an automatic spot in Friday night's race. His time was good for 13th overall among the six heats. The quarterfinals are slated for Friday at 7:50 p.m. and will again be streamed on ESPN+.
