Series History
The Camels and Pride did not meet during last year's regular season, and ultimately shared the league's regular season title with 13-3 records. That score was settled in the CAA Championship, with Campbell holding off three championship points to steal the fourth set and ultimately win it in five.

Campbell is 1-4 against Hofstra since joining the CAA and in search of the first regular-season win over the Pride.

Last Time Out
Campbell split the opening weekend of league play at home against UNCW. The Camels rolled in Friday night's CAA opener, winning 3-1 with all three set wins by 10+ points.

The Seahawks bounced back Saturday and flipped the score 3-1 their way in a much closer contest, with all four sets decided by three points or less.

Scouting The Pride
Hofstra is off to another strong start this season at 9-3, 4-0 in league play, having swept Stony Brook and Hampton and dropping just one set across the first two weekends of CAA action.

The Pride are led by Beatriz Braga, the CAA Preseason Player of the Year and a first-team selection in 2025. Braga leads the team with 3.77 kills/set, good for third in the CAA.

Hofstra was picked second in the CAA preseason poll, receiving four first-place votes.

Looking Ahead
Campbell returns home to host Towson. First-serve on Friday night is slated for 6pm on FloCollege.
